Responsibilities

Artem PACE empowers founders and leaders through intensive programmes, actionable insights, and robust ecosystem support. We design and deliver founder, leadership, and ecosystem programmes that translate learning into execution across startups, corporates, and institutions.


Our flagship programmes include the PACE Bootcamp, Founders Retreat, and Market Access initiatives. To date, we have supported over 200 startups, conducted more than 300 hours of workshops for early-stage founders, and run the largest travelling bootcamp in Malaysia spanning 6 states. We are trusted and partnered with leading ecosystem champions including MDEC, Google, Grab, GXBank, PayNet, and SIDEC.


Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and curious intern to join the Artem PACE team. You will play an active role in running our entrepreneurship programmes and accelerator activities, working closely with programme leads, founders, and ecosystem partners across Malaysia and beyond.


What You Will Do

  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of PACE Bootcamp, Founders Retreat, and Market Access programmes
  • Assist in onboarding and managing startup participants across programme cycles
  • Help develop programme materials, training content, decks, and reports
  • Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and partner engagements
  • Support market access initiatives including investor matching and corporate engagements
  • Contribute to outreach, communications, and ecosystem partnership activities
  • Assist in leadership capability development programmes for corporates and institutions

Who We Are Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or a related field
  • Passionate about startups, entrepreneurship, and ecosystem building
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats
  • Strong communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
  • Comfortable working independently in a hybrid environment
