Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and planning on Internet, Intranet, website, user application system, system software and hardware

Laptop / Desktop formatting & operating system installation and deployment

Provide ongoing systems maintenance and administration, including network, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare, AV system, Backup etc.

Coordinate between the company and external vendors and contractors about IT-related infrastructure and development

Perform server and network infrastructure installation, deployment, maintenance, support and troubleshooting

Prepare functional & technical documentation and relevant reports

Research and develop recommendation that can help improving group’s IT infrastructure

Inventory and asset management

Develop and maintain good working relationships with external business and technology partners

Ensure appropriate measures are in place to manage and mitigate risks

Ensure IT policies and plans are in line with relevant regulatory requirements and changes

Handle ad hoc matters as required

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or above in computer science / Information Technology or related disciplines

Knowledge about programming language such as Python, JAVA is a great advantage

At least 3 years relevant experience in IT support, financial sector, and fresh graduate is welcomed

Familiar with IT Hardware / Software Project skills

Good knowledge of TCP/IP, VMWare, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Firewall, Network Infrastructure, Phone System

Experience on Windows and MS Exchange support, administration and maintenance is a must

Experience on Network and Firewall administration such as Cisco network switch, ASA and FortiGate provisioning is an advantage

Proficiency with clear and effective professional communication both written and verbal

Fluent in Mandarin is a must
