• This position may require flexible hours and occasional travel between office locations.

• Collect user requirements and conduct system analysis and design.
• Document all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct System Acceptance Tests and support User Acceptance Tests.
• Manage the production rollout of systems.

• Minimum of 4 years of IT experience.
• At least 2 years of specialized experience in designing and/or implementing web-based, call center, or mobile applications.
• Proven experience in leading a team to deliver projects using .Net or Java with SQL Server RDBMS.
