Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base in the digital assets and structured products space.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Generation: Identify and target potential institutional and individual investors, family offices, and corporate partners to promote our licensed services (Type 1, 4, 9).
- Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners, distributors, and industry stakeholders to expand market reach.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to identify trends in digital assets and structured products, and provide feedback to refine product offerings.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and company growth objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to promote our brand and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the financial services industry, particularly with SFC-licensed corporations.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, structured products, and digital assets.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and building successful partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- A strong existing network within the Hong Kong and regional financial community is highly preferred.
