Job Duties:
Preparing cakes, pastry, desserts, chocolates and bread
Operating and monitor ovens, dough and slicing machines
Preparing ingredients
Purchasing ingredients, monitoring ingredient inventory
Monitoring food quality and hygiene
Managing the operation of kitchen Assisting in other kitchen duties
Beyond the skills required to fulfil the operational responsibilities in each of the position above, we are looking for people with the following qualities:
