This is the additional headcount for supporting the growth of business.
You will report directly to the Client Services Manager and work closely with staff in various departments including Registrar, Finance, Shipping, Warehouse, and Operations.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the central point of contact for project-based initiatives. You will track timelines, manage milestones, and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on goals.
Liaise closely with both external and internal parties (relevant departments) to ensure smooth completion of projects and according to SOP.
Ensure that the feedback from client, related operational issues are disseminated timely to the team-members and track for improvements. Timely flagging of issues to management.
Manage email threads and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Maintain organized, accessible archives for all active and completed projects
Documentation and record administration from timely response to email enquiries.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing.
5 years or above experiences on Customer Services or Project Coordination, less experience will consider as Customer Services - Project Team.
Willingness to accept responsibility and accountability for work
A strong passion in learning, organized and detail oriented with logical mindset, can work independently
Knowledge on logistic customer service and understand the warehouse operation is preferable.
Numerate analytical and competent in Microsoft Office Application, especially MS Excel.
Good command of English and Mandarin is required
