Responsibilities
Support onboarding of new distributors and clients across Asia
Conduct online product demonstrations and training sessions for educators and partners
Provide ongoing support to partners to ensure effective product usage
Follow up with partners to identify issues and propose solutions
Assist in developing training materials, user guides, and use case references
Coordinate with internal teams on training schedules, project updates, and partner requirements
Maintain records of training sessions and partner progress
Provide feedback from users to improve product and training processes
