Job Description
Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain high availability of application services
- Ensure IT infrastructure security, reliability and availability
- Perform system administration tasks in various platforms, system and hardware updates and upgrades.
- Provide on-going configuration and work with service vendor to ensure new/existing system installation and enhancement properly delivered and standard met.
- Plan and conduct testing of the office applications and systems.
- Support internal IT problems in office, includes hardware and software installation, network administration and troubleshooting
- Support e-marketing program when required
- Responsible for email and website administration, maintenance & support
- Other Ad hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in MS SQL Server, Network, Windows Server, LINUX and UNIX
- General knowledge in TCP/IP networking, email server, firewall, FTP, DNS and VPN
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is an advantage
- Knowledge of web-page design is an advantage
