In this position, you will:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, network devices, and system applications.
• Support daily system operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Provide technical support to internal users, including diagnosing hardware/software issues.
• Assist in managing user accounts, access rights, and security policies.
• Participate in system upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Help maintain documentation, including system diagrams, configuration records, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects and new technology deployments.
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster‑recovery procedures.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of: Windows and/or Linux server administration, Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls) and Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, HCS, or similar) is an advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
