Investment holding company mainly engaged in the insurance business.

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant IT Manager.

• Experience in applications design, development, documentation, testing, implementation and maintenance
• Gather and prepare outsource applications requirements and execute pre-UAT testing
• Define and analyze business requirements, system problems, testing standards and solutions.
• Structure and prioritize requirements and communicate system design with key users for review and approval
• Provide leadership on process improvement, new technology applications and solutions
• Collaborate with developers (in house/outsource) to resolve issues and ensure solution are viable and consistent
• Conduct training sessions and workshops on new applications
• Responsible provide routine IT/Security related internal and external reports to Company and/or Insurance Authority (HK and Macau)
• Coordinate BCP plan and drill test
• Prepare Annual IT Plan and Budget
• Coordinate Annual IT Security Penetration Test
• Perform ad-hoc projects
• Perform any other duties as assigned by managements

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines and equivalent
• 5 years’ experience of application development and project management
• Familiarize with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, AliCloud, Various videos conference software, Veeam Backup, VMware Virtualization, Sophos Intercept X, Barracuda, FortiOS, Tenable Nessus, VC Equipment, Windows Server, Linux (Centos/Oracle/Ubuntu), Apache Web Server
• Experience in Mobile device management in Harmony OS, iOS and MacOS
• Preferably experience in web-based system development in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, PHP, Python, JSON, SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL and Oracle RDBMS
• Knowledge in General Insurance System (PolyWIN/PolyNET) is preferred
• Knowledge in General Ledger System (PolyGL/FlexAccount) is preferred
• Preferred Strong knowledge of Network Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Technical Support
• Responsible for developing and maintaining (development and configuration) on IFRS17 system and IFRS17 related enhancements of peripheral systems
• Self-motivated with excellent analytical, multitasking, presentation and communication skills
• High-level written and verbal communication skills
• Non-office hour support is required
• Willing to travel (Macau), committed, and able to work independently under pressure
