Company: An established corporation specializing in network and IT system support with a focus on Asia, servicing offices and salons across multiple regions.
Location: Central

Nature: Contract

• Provide technical support and maintenance for software, desktops, servers, networks, and hardware across approximately 15 locations in Asia
• Set up and prepare user workstations and computers
• Conduct system monitoring, performance checks, and data backup operations
• Support the Regional Senior IT Manager in IT project design and implementation, following directives from Group CIO and CFO, Asia
• Maintain an accurate IT inventory record to protect and manage company assets effectively

• Diploma or higher in Computer Science or related field, MCSE certification is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience supporting MacOS, MS Windows, Office applications, and desktop hardware, retail industry experience is a plus
• Proficient in system and network management, especially: (1) Microsoft Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange (2) TCP/IP network / WiFi setup (3) Microsoft operating systems, e.g., Win11, Windows Server Family
• Experience with Citrix and Checkpoint Firewall will be considered an asset
• Self-motivated and hardworking, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Organized and capable of working independently under pressure
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Willing to travel within Asia on short notice and work overtime, including on-call emergency standby
