Job Responsibilities

• Provide 1-tier technical support to our existing customers;
• Assist to deliver security product solutions;
• Ensure Support Service Level is met;
• Develop technical skills in Cybersecurity

Job Requirements

• Major in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skill and analytical skill
