Responsibilities:

• Handle daily operations of Flight Operations Control Centre
• Perform the duty on aircraft scheduling, trip & route planning and ground handling coordination
• Response to communicate with crew members, internal and external parties
• Pro-actively ensure all operational and safety requirements of scheduled flights are met
• Procurement of relevant government approvals and required permits
• Analyze various flight factors such as aviation weather, NOTAMs, runway performance, airport restrictions, weight and balance, and fuel requirements for flight planning and flight package preparations
• Assist to maintain operations library and post flight documents
• Ad hoc tasks will be assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements:

• Right of Abode in Hong Kong
• Diploma in Aviation Management or above
• At least 1 year of operational control/flight dispatch experience in aviation industry
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Detail-oriented and quick learner Computer Literate
• Intrinsically motivated and pro-active
• Knowledge of aviation, weather, flight planning, and aviation programs
• Ability to work unsupervised, shift schedule, and/or irregular hours as required
• Holder of FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License will be an advantage.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Flight Dispatch Officer
