Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for promoting professional skincare products to beauty salons, wellness center, spa center and Medi clinics
• Implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Explore new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with customers
• Build up long-term relationships with customers to generate recurring business
• Provide services and supports to existing client
• Handle client’s inquiries, complaints, and follow-up.
• Coordinate with other departments in terms of logistics, marketing, finance and etc.
• Procure all payment including overdue account issue in a timely manner
• Process and handle the daily inquiries within service level
• Prepare reports and updates on a regular basis
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities

工作職責：

• 負責推廣專業護膚產品 （醫美診所和美容院）
• 開發新的商機並維持良好的客戶關係
• 與客戶建立長期關係以產生回購業務
• 為現有客戶提供服務與支援
• 處理客戶的查詢、投訴並進行跟進
• 與其他部門協調，包括物流、市場營銷、財務等
• 及時處理所有付款，包括逾期帳戶問題
• 根據服務標準處理每日電子郵件查詢
• 定期準備報告和滙報

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years sales experience gained from health & beauty or wellness industry. Candidates with existing client resources in the beauty sector will be prioritized
• Good customer services and communications skills
• Outgoing, aggressive, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Strong PC skills in MS Office
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is preferable
