Job Responsibilities:
Execute regular purchasing duties, including PO issuance, order processing, price negotiation, and sourcing.
Monitor supplier performance regarding service, quality, price, on-time delivery, and overall reliability.
Source new materials, replacement goods, and new suppliers to meet operational needs.
Conduct vendor audits and ensure all procurement records are accurately maintained.
Act as a key liaison between Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, and Distribution to ensure smooth operations.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Academic Qualification: High Diploma / Associate degree / Degree holder or above
Field of Study: Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
Years of Experience: At least 1-3 years of related experience
Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is highly desirable.
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Strong logical mind with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated, integrity, and a positive attitude.
Adaptive and eager to learn; a smart, enthusiastic professional who thrives on continuous improvement.
Aggressive and hard-working; able to work independently with a proactive approach to achieving results.
Outgoing and cooperative team player; presentable with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively.
