- Provide technical support and maintenance for the Core Banking application and related systems
- Collaborate with business users and vendors to resolve application issues and implement enhancements
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of banking services
- Participate in system upgrades, patching, and configuration changes
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, configurations, and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in technical support or engineering roles within banking or financial services
- Hands-on experience with Core Banking systems (e.g., Temenos, Finacle, etc.)
- Strong understanding of banking operations and transaction processing
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and system integration tools
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident/change management processes
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Open banking platforms or microservices architecture
- Knowledge of API integration and middleware technologies
- Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
