Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development: Develop and implement targeted strategies to secure funding for educational initiatives from government and NGO sectors.

Market Intelligence: Analyze education funding trends and identify the specific needs of schools and educational associations.

Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and nurture trust-based partnerships with school administrators, associations, and government/NGO officials.

Consultative Support: Serve as the primary advisor, guiding schools and associations in identifying and securing funding opportunities.

Proposal Development: Lead the end-to-end creation and submission of high-impact grant proposals tailored to the educational sector.

Collaborative Bid Management: Work across internal and external teams to synthesize data, case studies, and insights for compelling proposal development.

Project Oversight: Monitor funded projects to ensure strict compliance with grant requirements and deadlines.

Impact Evaluation: Track project performance, assess outcomes, and deliver stakeholder reports detailing key successes and improvements.

Funding Intelligence: Evaluate potential education funding sources to ensure alignment with organizational goals and school needs.

Strategic Advisory: Present comprehensive reports and recommendations to senior management regarding new opportunities and growth strategies.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related disciplines.

Minimum 5 years of relevant business development experience, with a strong track record in managing clients, developing partnerships, and driving business growth.

Flexible candidate with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.

Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and proposal development.
