Role Summary
The Sales Account Manager will focus on strengthening existing client relationships and driving revenue through strategic up-selling. This role is dedicated to managing our established clientele accress sectors. You will act as the primary point of contact, identifying opportunities to enhance and expand current ELV and security infrastructure to ensure our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of our partners.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management : Maintain and deepen partnerships with existing clients, serving as their dedicated advisor for security and system integration.
Up-Selling & Account Growth : Identify opportunities within current accounts to upgrade systems or introduce new ELV and networking solutions.
Solution Enhancement : Promote advanced surveillance, access control, and networking upgrades to meet client-specific security requirements.
Proposal Management : Prepare technical and commercial proposals for system enhancements and represent the company in meetings with boards and facility managers.
Client Advocacy : Ensure existing installations and project integrations consistently meet client expectations through proactive communication.
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
Degree : Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Experience : 3+ years of proven account management or relationship-based sales experience in the ELV, security, or technology contracting industry.
Sector Knowledge : Familiarity with property management or operational needs within our target industries is highly preferred.
Technical Literacy
System Awareness : General understanding of major industry surveillance, access control, and networking systems to effectively communicate upgrade benefits to clients.
Documentation : Ability to work with technical teams to produce clear proposals and system enhancement reports.
Soft Skills
Environment Adaptability : Comfortable visiting and navigating "live" environments to assess and discuss system improvements with clients.
Strategic Account Planning : Ability to manage the lifecycle of multiple accounts with overlapping project timelines.
Communication : Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain the value of technical upgrades to non-technical stakeholders, such as estate or facility managers.
