• Manage and formulate resources plan to accomplish development tasks
• Lead a team of developers (internal and external) to accomplish development tasks as defined in the PDLC (Product Development Life Cycle)
• Work with business users to document requirements and prepare specifications; and architecture / infrastructure team to perform technical design and construction
• Supervise system design, development (including customization, interfaces, conversion and reporting) and software release
• Review design and code to ensure quality of software deliverables
• Provide support during system assurance test and user acceptance test
• Collaborate with IT Operation Team on installation and implementation
• Monitor the progress of production resolution
• Establish development standards and ensure compliance to established standards and processes

• Degree graduate in Computer Science or Engineering
• Over 10 years’ IT experience
• 6 years’ experience in managing projects, leading team of developers to deliver IT solutions and provide system support
• Solid experience in vendor management and package solution implementation
• Experience in developing online reservation application and mobile application in iOS and Android platforms is an advantage
• Knowledge in Infrasys HERO, Oracle Opera and Concept Spa software is preferred
• Excellent in writing, presentation and communication skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
