RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the surveying and leveller work at sites to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company standards. He/ She will assist in overseeing the setting out for building and foundation construction projects, supervising contractors to perform requested survey, and maintaining proper survey records.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma / Higher Certificate in Land/ Engineering Surveying or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of proven relevant experience
- Sound management skills and technical knowledge gained with building contractors or developers
- Well organized and self-motivated with strong integrity, interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiar with AutoCAD and good computer skills
- Experienced candidates but with lower academic qualifications will also be considered
