Role
Cantonese + tech + client skills. You'll bridge our AI platform to real money managers. We figure out pre‑sales or post‑sales after we see your superpower.

Your Mission (choose your own adventure)

• Demo our platform like you built it yourself.
• Turn client headaches (alpha, risk, reporting) into solutions.
• Onboard clients — APIs, keys, data mapping, gentle handholding.
• Fix stuff: data feeds, API hiccups, weird configs.
• Own tickets (Mantis/Plane). Escalate like a pro.
• Train teams in Cantonese & English. Live. Remote. Coffee optional.
• Write docs people actually read.
• Shout client feedback to Product — nicely but loudly.
• Help with RFPs when wearing the pre‑sales hat.

Compensation
Base negotiable + bonus + bottomless caffeine.

Must‑Have

• Fluent Cantonese + professional English.
• 1–3 years in pre/post sales, solutions, or client success — FinTech/SaaS/AI.
• Bachelor's in Finance, CS, Data, or Engineering.
• APIs, cloud (AWS/Azure), basic Python/SQL, CSV/JSON/XML.
• Knows VaR, Sharpe, equities, bonds, HKMA/SFC.

Nice‑Have

• Bloomberg Terminal.
• Machine learning vibes (regression, NLP sentiment).
• Mantis/Plane ticketing.
• HK or Asia asset manager experience.
