We are currently seeking talented candidates as a Field Engineer, to be worked for the multi-clients in Hong Kong. My client is a renowned and well established enterprise in Hong Kong with a global presence and their business is currently seeking for a great attitude candidates to join their team.
Job Description:
Provide onsite support, installation, break/fix on PC desktop & Laptop on customer site
Relocation for desktop items and maintain the correct inventory record
Support basic networking such as connectivity, LAN troubleshooting
Participate IT projects such as office relocation and system upgrade as assigned by the Team Lead
Coordinate the installation, configuration and troubleshooting with relevant application team for various applications
May occasionally require working on weekend and public holiday to meet project timeline.
Prepare service reports on support calls
Conduct User Acceptance Tests and Trainings
Job Requirement:
F.5 or above
1 year working experience on IT Services or Engineering would be advantage
Customer focused attitude and dedicated to problem solving
Fresh graduates with good attitude will also be considered
On-job training will be provided for less experienced candidates
