Job Duties:
Base in HK
Identify potential projects in Hong Kong's building repair works, renovation and functional alteration projects, facilities upgrading works and smart building enhancement projects, facilitating the entire process from business opportunity to contract signing.
1- Market Insight: Research Hong Kong's urban renewal hotspots, policy trends, and client needs, and develop targeted expansion strategies.
2- Client Development: Connect with developers, government departments, homeowners' committees, and others to establish long-term partnerships and identify project opportunities in urban renewal, temporary facility construction, and existing building facility optimization.
3- Solution Customization: Based on client needs, collaborate with the technical team to develop integrated solutions encompassing "engineering renovation + facilities management + temporary construction planning" to improve client conversion rates.
4- Bidding Management: Lead or participate in project bidding, coordinating company resources to complete bid document preparation and presentation.
5- Resource Integration: Collaborate with partners including design, construction, and suppliers to build a local collaborative ecosystem in Hong Kong and enhance project competitiveness.
Job Requirements
1- At least 5 years of experience in Hong Kong construction engineering, quantity surveying (QS), urban renewal, facilities management, or related market development fields;
2- Established networks with Hong Kong Construction Associations, Incorporated Owners (I.O.s) and government departments is preferred;
3- College degree or above in engineering, construction management, facilities management, or marketing;
4- Fluent Cantonese, business-capable written and spoken English, and good Mandarin;
5- Familiarity with Hong Kong's construction market regulations and urban renewal policies. Experience managing large-scale building repair works projects (e.g., housing estate renovations, commercial building upgrades) or complex temporary construction projects preferred.
