We are hiring for a Guest Relations Officer
Your Role
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Club Lounge.
Provide personalized service to our members and VIP guests.
Ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, especially for VIPs and guests celebrating special occasions.
Proactively engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations.
Work closely with the front office team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
You Should Have
Cheerful and positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
Enjoys interacting with guests and making them feel welcome.
Willingness to take on challenges and continuously improve service.
Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
