Job Description:

• Plan and execute event timelines, venues, and resources.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and clients to secure contracts and resolve issues.
• Manage budgets, track expenses, and provide post-event financial reports.
• Coordinate event materials (e.g., materials, models/helpers, etc).
• Supervise on-site logistics.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to identify successes and areas for improvement.

Requirements

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
• 2+ years of event coordination experience.
• Proficiency in Power Point and MS Office, event software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends.

Pay: From $16,000.00 per month
