Job Overview

This is an application production support role with a heavy focus on major project management across multiple business lines. The role requires the candidate to contribute to key projects based on core production management work streams, stability programs (such as Automation & Self-Service and Application Resilience), and strategic transformational initiatives. You will also lead application onboarding, manage key business and technology stakeholders, and drive daily production support tasks including issue investigation and incident management.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Management & Coordination

• Act as a Project Manager for assigned projects within GM, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive projects and coordinate efforts across diverse business and technology streams.
• Manage the onboarding of new applications into the production environment.
• Lead global, transformational projects and strategic initiatives on behalf of the team, building strong cross-organizational relationships.

2. Production Support & Technical Operations

• Contribute to daily production support tasks, incident management, and complex issue investigation.
• Participate in market rehearsals, disaster recovery (DR) drills, and business continuity exercises.
• Collaborate closely with global counterparts using a "follow-the-sun" support model to ensure a unified approach to platform stability.
• Perform rotational shift work, weekend activities, and bank-holiday coverage as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: University degree with an IT Major or equivalent technical field.
• Overall Experience: 3–8 years of working experience within a financial institution (Front Office user support experience is highly desirable).
• Project Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience driving major projects and project coordination within a financial institution.
• Languages: Native or bilingual proficiency in English is required. Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per month
