The Job
Textile Technical Knowledge
Review textile test reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and technical correctness before release to clients
Verify test data, calculations, results interpretation, and report formatting in accordance with relevant standards, test methods, and internal procedures
Liaise with laboratory teams to clarify test results, resolve discrepancies, and ensure correct data reporting
Ensure issued reports comply with accreditation requirements (e.g. ISO/IEC 17025) and company quality standards
Identify potential report errors or inconsistencies and initiate corrective actions where necessary
IT Knowledge
Provide IT administration support in business division
Liaise & coordinate with corporate IT division and business division users
Assist in implementation of IT projects and system enhancements
Assist in setting up testing cases and perform user acceptance testing
The Person
Bachelor’s degree or above in Textile Engineering, Materials Science, Fashion & Textile Technology, or related disciplines
2-3 years of experience in textile testing, report review, laboratory-related roles and IT administration experience
Sound knowledge of textile materials, testing standards, and test methods (e.g. physical, chemical, performance testing)
Good analytical and project management skill, responsible and presentable
Experience in reviewing technical reports or issuing laboratory test reports is an advantage
Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, written and spoken English
Self‑motivated, well organized, and able to work under deadlines
