JOB SUMMARY

· To assist IT department and give assistant to IT Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities/Major Tasks:

1. IT Strategy & Governance

• Developing And Implementing IT Policies, Procedures, And Strategic Plans Aligned With Company Goals.
• Leading IT Planning Processes And Overseeing Project Implementations.

2. Infrastructure Management

• Overseeing The Installation, Configuration, And Maintenance Of Hardware And Software.
• Ensuring High Availability, Performance, And Security Of IT Systems (Servers, Networks, Cloud).
• Managing Backup, Disaster Recovery, And Business Continuity Systems.

3. Cybersecurity & Data Protection

• Developing And Maintaining Cybersecurity Policies.
• Monitoring And Mitigating IT Security Risks, Breaches, And Incidents.
• Ensuring Systems And Staff Are Compliant With Data Protection And Cybersecurity Requirements.

5. Vendor And Budget Management

• Managing Relationships With IT Vendors, Service Providers, And Consultants.
• Negotiating And Reviewing IT Contracts And Slas.
• Developing And Monitoring The IT Budget, Ensuring Cost-Effectiveness.

6. User Support & Training

• Ensuring Efficient Helpdesk Support And User Issue Resolution.
• Providing Training To Staff On IT Tools, Security Awareness, And Best Practices.

REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION

· Computer literate

· Able to meet dateline & working under pressure

· Can communicate effectively with staff from all level.

· Good written and spoken in English & Bahasa

· Degree in IT

· Minimum 3 years working experience in related field.

· ERP & SQL System added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
