Responsibilities
Job Scope
- Provide monitoring, maintenance and 1st layer troubleshooting and support for the following functions and critical services
- General Tasks
- Setup of new user and PCs
- IT Asset Control and Inventory Update list
- Periodic evaluation of log files and error codes
- Helpdesk for user access
- Client PC and Printing
- Monthly Exceptions report
- RMA management and vendor management
- Ad-hoc duties i.e. Setup of training equipments, project meetings etc
- To report to any designated personnel from the client and HQ
- Should have 2-3 years’ experience in desktop support
- Minimum diploma in IT Science. Preferably with MCSE or CCNA certifications. Training and guidance will be provided for server maintenance and server software troubleshooting
- Must be able to work independently and unsupervised
