Key Responsibilities :

• Data entry and documentation preparation in freight system.
• Responsible for timely and accurate data entry as per operational KPIs related to all freight forwarding business.
• Involving shipment registration, BL preparation, pre-alert sending, and invoicing/billings.
• Attend to disputes and inquiries involving data entry issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate with internal departments and external suppliers/vendors to resolve issues.
• Performance review regularly and to identify the training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.

Requirements:

• Must possess a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher / Graduate Diploma or any equivalent field of studies.
• Available to work on Public Holiday if being required (overtime/off in lieu (replacement leave) will be given)
• Prior experience with documentation preparation and data entry process would be advantageous
• Prior experience with CargoWise would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese or Mandarin as the role requires to communicate with the different offices in different regions.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
