Responsibilities
OPERATION ADMIN CUM ACCOUNT
We are looking for motivated and responsible candidates to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily reconciliation and administrative operations
- Assist in accounting data entry and documentation
- Prepare customers' statements & filing
- Monitor stock, reports & operational records
- Liaise with customers & internal staff
- Perform other admin/account duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Admin, Accounting or related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel & accounting system
- Responsible, organized & willing to learn
- Mandarin speaking preferred
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
