Manager - Sales & Marketing
Location
- Pulau Pinang- Bayan Lepas
- Kuala Lumpur- Setapak
- Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or any related discipline
- At least 5 years relevant experience in property development
- Must be able to work with the senior management team to strategize, develop and market products and services that meet market requirements and generate business growth leading to fulfillment of the company's development plans and objectives
- Must possess in-depth knowledge of conducting market research and developing marketing and sales strategies
- Self-motivated, mature with sound judgment and leadership skills to manage, lead and guide a team of sales and marketing staff
- Strong analytical skills with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Senior Executive / Executive - Sales & Marketing
Location
- Pulau Pinang- Bayan Lepas
- Kuala Lumpur- Setapak
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or any related discipline
- Preferable 3 years relevant experience in property development
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer focus, team work and drive in achieving target
- Able to work independently
Senior Executive / Executive - Credit Admin
Location
- Pulau Pinang- Bayan Lepas
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
- At least 3 years relevant experience in property development
- Ensure timely billings, collection and loan documentation to achieve Departmental targets and ability to prepare and check month end report
- Able to liaise with the purchasers on loan matter
- Able to with solicitor and end-financier to expedite loan approval and loan documentation for early disbursement and for due progress payment
- Able to carry out all documentations in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong customer focus, team work and drive in achieving target
- Self-motivated & resourceful
