Job Description:
Operations & Outlet Coordination
- Support management in coordinating daily outlet operations
- Monitor outlet reports, staff attendance, and operational records
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures
- Administrative & Office Support
- Handle daily operation tasks including filing, data entry, and documentation
- Prepare reports, internal memos, letters, and operational summaries
- Maintain proper records of company operations, stock reports, and related documents
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communication
- Coordination & Management Support
- Act as a liaison between management and internal operation teams
- Follow up on tasks assigned by management and ensure timely completion
- Assist in operation report and attendance tracking
- Support purchasing and coordination with suppliers when required
- Perform ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by management
Qualification and Experiences:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Fresh graduate or minimum SPM
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with good follow-up skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; able to work independently.
- Experience in admin roles is an added advantage.
