Job Description
Responsibilities
Resolve staff-generated technical requests and troubleshooting process issues to maintain productivity.
Configure, monitor, and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct regular system tests to prevent downtime and mitigate threats.
Support endpoint protection tools and security patching schedules.
Provide technical support for computer hardware and software.
Support and troubleshoot issues on desktop PCs, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices.
Support and assist the IT Support Executive in daily operations, project implementation, and escalated issues.
Maintain proper housekeeping of IT hardware, utilization, and inventory tracking.
Ensure 100% traceability of IT assets through tagging and quarterly audit.
Maintain full lifecycle visibility of IT hardware assets, ensuring responsible disposal or recycling of obsolete equipment in line with APACS sustainability practices.
Diagnose, resolve, and support network-related Level 1 issues to ensure consistent connectivity.
Maintain updated inventory and configuration documentation of end-user devices and network equipment. Support annual BCP/DRP exercises by validating hardware availability and recovery readiness. Ensure device logs and maintenance evidence are available for internal and external audits.
Support master data creation and maintenance in systems (ERP, Remicle. ect) to ensure data accuracy and system integrity.
Suggest improvements to enhance IT efficiency and reliability.
Perform other IT-related or administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager/Superior to support company goals and objectives
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
