Receptionist / Customer Service Officer – Aesthetic Clinic (1–2 Years Experience)

Location: KL / PJ / Cheras / Shah Alam
Experience: 1–2 years

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional receptionist to manage patient registration, billing, and reviews at our aesthetic clinic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and manage front desk operations
• Handle patient registration, medical records, and appointment scheduling
• Process billing and payments accurately
• Assist with patient reviews, feedback, and documentation
• Support clinic staff with daily administrative tasks

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in receptionist or customer service role (clinic or medical experience preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, polite, and professional
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are an advantage
