We are a growing Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractor seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations in Subang Jaya.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth administrative processes, handling communications, and supporting management with essential clerical and coordination tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone calls and handle inquiries professionally
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents
- Provide administrative support to management and team members
- Assist with documentation, including tender submissions
- Perform general clerical duties to ensure efficient office operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of administrative or clerical experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- Willing to travel when required (e.g. tender visits, document submission)
