King's Park Development Hiring! Full Time Leasing Assistant in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 5,000 - Ricebowl

Job Scope:

• Receive and manage prospect contacts provided by Company and track all communications in a prospect database
• Send outreach emails and location proposals using pre-approved templates, ensuring all materials are professional and consistent
• Follow up with prospects and coordinate site visits, assist in Leasing Manager-led project presentations, and support basic project briefings to prospects
• Assist in leasing documentation and other administrative support tasks as needed
• Provide weekly updates and reports on prospect progress to Leasing Manager
• Plan, run, and optimize paid advertising campaigns targeting business owners on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google Ads

Requirement:

- Diploma or Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Real Estate or SPM with relevant experience

- Minimum 1-3 years experience in leasing, property or digital marketing

- Experience with social media paid campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Add)

- Strong communication, organizational, and follow up skills

- Good Command of English; Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin as advantage

- Familiarity with CRM tools or property management systems, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
