Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding Support
- Assist in setting up corporate client profiles in the OBT platform.
- Create and update user accounts, approval workflows, and basic travel policy settings.
- Support the preparation of onboarding documents and system configuration forms.
- Coordinate onboarding timelines with Sales, Operations, and IT teams.
- Assist in arranging and preparing materials for client training sessions.
System Administration & Data Management
- Ensure client and user information is accurately maintained in the OBT and internal systems.
- Perform routine checks to ensure configurations are correctly reflected in the system.
- Log system issues and follow up with IT or product team until resolution.
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities when required.
Operational & Compliance Support
- Monitor onboarding progress and highlight delays or discrepancies.
- Ensure documentation is complete and properly filed.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and traveller data in compliance with PDPA.
- Escalate any unusual system activity or booking irregularities to supervisors.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare simple onboarding status reports.
- Assist in compiling user adoption and usage reports.
- Support process improvement initiatives by providing feedback on recurring issues.
- Carry out other operational duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, IT, or related field.
- 1–2 years of working experience (fresh graduates with strong system skills are encouraged to apply).
- Basic understanding of corporate travel or booking systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Good communication skills and able to liaise with clients professionally.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to follow structured processes.
- Willing to learn new systems and technologies.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
