Role Purpose

We are immediately hiring an ERP Specialist to manage the company’s ERP system (Acumatica) end-to-end. This role is responsible for user account management, system support and training, business requirements analysis, and ensuring the ERP system operates effectively to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ERP user accounts, roles, and permissions
• Monitor ERP system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data security
• Act as first-level support for ERP users and handle daily queries
• Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new staff
• Develop and maintain ERP guides, manuals, and SOPs
• Collaborate with departments to gather ERP requirements and improve workflows
• Configure ERP modules, test new features, and support integrations
• Ensure ERP system compliance with company policies and standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Business, Accounting, or related field
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as Acumatica, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar
• Good understanding of business processes including Finance, HR, Operations, and Sales
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and training abilities
• Minimum 2–5 years of ERP or IT systems experience
