About Us

GlamEdge is a renowned bridal and evening gown rental boutique, carrying international designer brands, exclusive evening gowns, men's suits, and modern oriental collections. As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate and service-oriented Retail Sales Assistants to join our team. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional customer experience and helping clients find the perfect attire for their special occasions.

Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients in selecting gowns, evening dresses, bridal wear, men's suits, and oriental collections for their special occasions.
• Conducting consultations with clients to understand their preferences, style, body type, and budget while recommending suitable outfit options accordingly.
• Assisting clients during fittings, providing styling advice, and coordinating with the tailoring team to ensure the best fit and presentation.
• Following up with clients after appointments to address inquiries, provide recommendations, and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
• Ensuring that gowns and outfits are ready for pick-up by checking for damages, missing accessories, imperfections, and ensuring all items are properly steamed and prepared.
• Handling appointment scheduling, rental procedures, customer records, and assisting with daily showroom operations.
• Preparing and packing gowns for client collections, photoshoots, events, and returns.
• Ensuring that the showroom and gown collections are well-organized, clean, and properly displayed at all times.
• Assisting with visual merchandising and maintaining an attractive showroom presentation.
• Coordinating closely with the sales, operations, and tailoring team to ensure customer expectations are met promptly and efficiently.
• Staying up to date with current bridal, evening fashion trends, designer collections, and industry developments to provide informed recommendations and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in retail, bridal, fashion, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Passion for bridal, evening wear, fashion styling, and luxury customer service.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and providing personalized recommendations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
• Willing to work on weekends and Public Holidays to support operational and customer needs.
• Committed to maintaining service excellence during peak periods and special occasions.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: RM2,300 – RM8,000 (based on experience + incentives)
