Responsibilities of eCommerce Executive
- Developing and implementing the overall eCommerce strategy for the company
- Managing and optimizing the company's online sales channels, including the website and third-party marketplaces
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the eCommerce industry
- Creating and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversion rates
- Monitoring and analyzing website analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize user experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of eCommerce initiatives
- Managing inventory and product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is displayed on all platforms
- Overseeing customer service and support for online customers, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in eCommerce, and making recommendations for improvement
- Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of eCommerce initiatives and make data-driven decisions
