Job Summary
The Sales is responsible for driving sales performance and supporting business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and contributing to the Company’s growth within industrial and project-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial and project-based sectors, including Oil & Gas–related clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tender-related documentation, including participation in tender clarifications and commercial discussions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, engineering, procurement, and finance) to support sales activities and project execution.
- Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new industrial and project-based territories by leveraging regional market data to identify high-value business opportunities.
- Sales Enablement & Collateral Development: Collaborate with marketing teams and external agencies to develop effective sales presentations, technical brochures, and tender documentation that clearly differentiate the Company’s offerings from competitors.
- Event & Brand Presence: Lead and coordinate client engagement initiatives, including participation in trade shows, exhibitions, industry events, and technical roadshows to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Data-Driven Sales Forecasting: Analyze sales data and market trends to monitor performance, forecast opportunities, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare sales and business development reports, forecasts, and updates for management review.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant industry standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in sales or business development within industrial, project-based, or Oil & Gas environments is an advantage.
- Familiar with quotation, tender, and basic commercial processes.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Willing to travel and attend site visits as required.
