Job Description:

• Operate and monitor packaging machines to ensure butter cookies are packed properly and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products and separate any biscuits that do not meet the required quality standards.
• Work closely with production team members to maintain smooth packaging operations and achieve daily production goals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area while following hygiene and safety procedures.
• Report any machine breakdowns or product quality issues to the line leader immediately.
• Assist in continuous improvement activities to enhance packaging performance and product quality.
• Follow all company safety regulations and quality control procedures in accordance with company and industry requirements.
• Attend training sessions related to machine operation, quality inspection, and workplace safety.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address product quality issues and ensure consistent standards are maintained.
• Perform product checking to ensure only products that meet quality requirements proceed for packing.
• Participate in training and development programs to strengthen packaging operation skills and knowledge.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor as needed.

Requirements:

• Good punctuality and attendance record.
• Able to work well with others and maintain a positive working attitude.
• Willing to work at Seberang Perai Tengah.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
