• Assist in recruitment (screening resume, phone screening & interview etc.)
• Assist in attendance checking & update staff leave record in system
• Assist in foreign worker management
• Assist in on-boarding process (create thumbprint and access card, send welcome email for new joiner & update the latest of organisation chart etc.)
• Assist in training & development (Coordinate the training & update records)
• Handle the document preparation and filing.
• Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Internship duration of at least 3 months is preferred.
