Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

To perform the day to day processing and issuance of Corrective Preventive Report (CPR) and ensure involved departments reply to the CPR with the correct time frame. To constant follow-up with insurance agent to facilitate required documents so that claims may be reimbursed on a timely time frame.

Essential Duties:

  • Issue and monitor CPRs to ensure timely response and closure.
  • Prepare relevant letters when required and coordinate with HR Payroll for processing.
  • Assist in handling Company insurance matters, including document submission and claim coordination.
  • Prepare and update monthly CPR and insurance reports for Management.
  • Liaise with insurance brokers/agents on claim-related matters.
  • Support coordination with internal departments and branch teams for assigned tasks.
  • Provide reception support when required, including handling incoming mail, assisting visitors, and maintaining common areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
