Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on IT Engineer to join our growing technical team. This role involves supporting network infrastructure, system administration, troubleshooting IT issues, and assisting with onsite network installation projects. Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and support computer networks, systems, hardware, and software configurations
• Troubleshoot and resolve network, hardware, and software-related issues
• Configure, test, and deploy networking devices and operating systems
• Assist in implementing and maintaining network security measures
• Monitor network performance and coordinate user access management
• Perform onsite installation and setup works including:
• Network cabling
• Access point installation
• Rack mounting
• Network equipment setup
• Provide technical support and assist in project implementation when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or related field
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as routing and switching
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, system administration, and network security
• Hands-on experience in network cabling or hardware setup is an added advantage
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Mandarin speaking is an added advantage
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel for onsite support when required
• Malaysian citizens only
