Responsibilities

About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to engage with industrial clients, understand their operational challenges, and identify solution opportunities. This is a client-facing, field-based position that combines engineering expertise with business development responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and connect with clients in industrial sectors
  • Conduct meetings to understand client operations and challenges
  • Propose suitable solution concepts tailored to client needs
  • Qualify opportunities and support business development activities
  • Maintain a pipeline of clients and accurate records

Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in either:
  • Industrial or technical sales, or
  • Engineering roles (maintenance, operations, plant, facilities)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable with client interaction and site visits

Preferred Profile
  • Engineers interested in transitioning to a sales or client-facing role
  • Candidates with sales experience in technical or industrial environments
  • Confident in engaging new clients and building relationships
