Jobs Description

1.Report to work on time as scheduled and remain punctual for all assignments.

2.Ensure vehicle is clean, well- maintained, and road worthy. Perform routine checks and report issues immediately.

3.Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel, servicing, and trips; submit reports timely.

4.Adhere to all traffic laws and ensure all vehicle documents (road tax, insurance, etc.) are valid.

5.Maintain confidentiality of Company matters and client-related information.

6.Be available beyond working hours when required; accept schedule or route changes.

7.Maintain neat and professional appearance; comply with dress code or uniform policy.

8.Drive safely and responsibly, ensuring client comfort and safety at all times.

9.Be polite, respectful, and offer reasonable assistance (e.g., opening doors, handling luggage).

10. Arrive early at pick-up points and ensure timely arrival at destinations.

11. Maintain a clean and comfortable vehicle interior suited to client preferences.

12. Respect client privacy and do not engage in or share private conversations.

13. Communicate clearly with clients and seek clarification when necessary.

Requirements:

1. Possess a valid driving license with a clean driving record.

2. Minimum 3 years of driving experience (experience serving senior management is an advantage).

3. Familiar with Klang Valley roads and interstate travel.

4. Physically fit, punctual and well-disciplined.

5. Demonstrate good attitude, reliability and strong sense of responsibility.

6. Trustworthy, discreet and able to handle sensitive information without disclosure.

7. Willing to work overtime and be on standby when required.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
