- Supervise daily construction activities on-site.

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect work quality and ensure materials meet required standards.
- Prepare daily site reports and progress updates.
- Manage and guide site supervisors, foremen, and workers.
- Identify and resolve site issues or delays quickly.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and materials.
- Conduct site meetings and briefings with the team.
