Job Description

• Carry out tasks as assigned by the manager and work closely with warehouse operation team.
• Keep and verify records on incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepared documents for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Communicate with customers and understand their requirements.
• Process customers’ orders by ensuring that the right shipment is on its way.
• Prepare Customs form, invoices, packing list and delivery orders.
• Ensure that all transactions are recorded in company database.
• Verify accuracy of orders by matching them with quantities and types.
• Check the document from warehouse operation is correct before handover the shipment details to customers.
• Understand the Customs regulation and always follows it.
• To undertake other necessary functions directed by manager from time to time.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
